very simple - Nathan does great work for a great price . My spring broke on my garage door and I did not know who to go to . I did the google thing and started calling. The first garage door co. was around the same price but only worked from 8-5. I was going to have to take time off work . The other I called was almost double the price. WHY !!!! I got a hold of Nathan and he had NO problem working around my schedule. He showed up on time and went way above and beyond my expectations. My garage door works better than ever and is much quieter. PLEASE use these guys . Nice to see good people out there doing good work for a great price .. THANKS NATHAN AND THANKS CREATIVE GARAGE DOORS !!!!
I am so glad that I called Nathan at Creative Garage Doors! I couldn't use my garage door because of a broken spring. When I started looking for a garage door repair company I found Nathan's site and it was packed full of useful information that told me everything I needed to know to make a good choice. I have been making enemies out of my neighbors who complain that I play with my garage door at 3AM. However, it seemed to be off its track and would not stay down when I tried to close it to my frustration. Nathan was super efficient, professional, and personable. My spring broke on a Friday night, I called Creative Garage Doors on Saturday morning and Nathan showed up on time at noon. I would recommend them to anybody that needs work done.

My garage door began opening and closing in the middle of the night. I researched garage door businesses online and then checked the BBB and found that Creative Garage Doors was local and certified with the BBB. Nathan was friendly and professional and he was quick to determine the problem and solve it. He did a thorough maintenance on the door and now the door opens and closes smoothly and quietly.
What do you do on a Saturday night, when it's a three day weekend and your garage door malfunctions? You wildly make phone calls, hoping someone calls you back. We were lucky!! Nathan called us back in a matter of minutes. He spent his Saturday night working on our garage door. We tell this story to everyone! WOW...This type of customer service is a rare thing these days. Sunday night, torsion spring breaks, call the number and leave a message and Nathan returns the call in less than 1/2hr. Expecting a 48-72hr repair time, much to my surprise he is able to come out first thing Monday morning. In less than an hour the door is up and running. Thank you so much. Top notch customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of garage door repair...
